Shipping Information
We can arrange courier delivery and we ask that you provide us with your postcode to enable us to provide you a delivery quotation. For example, London deliveries are typically £50 - £75.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY IS NOT FREE AND VARIES IN PRICE DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION!
We have used trusted independent delivery companies for many years and delivery arrangements have to be made with the driver. Delivery of items is generally within 7-14 days depending on location and the driver's run of deliveries.
Alternatively you are more than welcome to organise your own collection from us at Bad Marriage.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bad Marriage. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 5 days of delivery. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
